Use and Operating Method

1. The hydrated acellular dermis must be stored at room temperature (1-30℃) until just before use. Make sure to check the instructions for the product before use and the transplant doctor must carefully read and be acquainted with them.
2. Check whether or not there is any damage to the external packaging materials (PA Pouch).
3. Open the outer packaging material (PA Pouch) and take out the sterile inner packaging material (PA Pouch) containing the product while paying attention to avoid cross-contamination.
4. The hydrated acellular dermal tissue is washed before use because reagents and antibiotics used during processing may remain. When washing, wash it by exchanging the sterilizing solution at 7 ± 3°C for 5 minutes at least three times.
5. The hydrated acellular dermal tissue completed washing is wrapped in sterilized gauze soaked in a sterilizing solution to keep it from drying out until just before transplantation.
6. The prepared hydrated acellular dermal tissue is trimmed to the appropriate specifications and then transplanted.
